루엔웍스(이하 '회사')는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 회사는 본 개인정보처리방침을 통하여 이용자가 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법
회사는 TapPT 서비스 제공(트레이너용 및 회원용 기능 포함)을 위해 아래와 같은 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
[회원가입 및 프로필 설정 시]
- 필수 항목: 이메일 주소, 이름, 권한 역할(트레이너 또는 회원)
- 선택 항목: 프로필 이미지, 선호 단위 체계(Metric/Imperial), 선호 언어 설정(ko/en)
[PT 계약 및 서비스 이용 과정 중 데이터 기록]
- 스케줄 및 세션 데이터: 운동 루틴, 세트/무게/횟수 정보, 일정 예약 및 취소 이력
- 식단 관리(diet_logs): 회원이 업로드한 음식/식단 사진 URL, 트레이너의 피드백
- 신체 측정 데이터(body_metrics): 체중, 체지방률, 골격근량, 눈바디 체형 변화 비교 사진 URL
- 실시간 채팅(chats): 트레이너와 회원 간의 실시간 채팅 메시지 대화 내용
- 푸시 알림(notifications): 알림 발송을 위한 FCM 디바이스 토큰
- 인앱 결제(RevenueCat): 구독 여부 및 요금제 확인을 위한 구매 영수증 식별값 (실제 카드 정보는 수집하지 않음)
2. 개인정보의 처리 목적
수집한 개인정보는 다음의 목적을 위해서만 사용되며, 목적이 변경될 경우 사전 동의를 구할 예정입니다.
- 서비스 제공 및 계약 관리: 회원의 이메일을 기반으로 한 PT 계약(pt_contracts) 연동, 스케줄 통합 예약 관리, 잔여 세션 횟수 차감 및 가시화 기능 제공
- 개인화 기능 제공: 10초 컷 루틴 세팅 및 템플릿 적용, 헬스장 환경에 맞는 무게 단위 변환 및 반올림(Rounding) 포맷팅 가이드 유틸리티 제공
- 회원 밀착 관리 및 시각화: 식단 가이드 분석 피드백, 자동 성장 리포트 차트 시각화 및 눈바디 슬라이더 기능 제공
- 알림 발송: 수업 일정 리마인더, 예약 변경/취소, 식단 피드백 등록 및 채팅 메시지 도달을 위한 실시간 푸시 알림 발송
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
회사는 원칙적으로 이용자가 회원 탈퇴를 요청하거나 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의를 철회하는 경우 수집된 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
단, 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 아래와 같이 일정 기간 회원정보를 보관합니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
- 이용자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
4. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
- 전자적 파일 형태: Firestore 및 Cloud Storage 데이터베이스에서 영구 삭제하여 기록을 재생할 수 없도록 기술적 방법을 사용하여 파기합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리 위탁
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공 및 비용 방어/보안 최적화를 위해 아래와 같이 외부 전문 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.
- Google Cloud EMEA LTD (Firebase): 서비스 인프라 운영, 회원 인증(Auth), 데이터베이스 저장(Firestore), 눈바디/식단 이미지 저장(Storage), 푸시 알림 발송(FCM)
- RevenueCat, Inc.: 인앱 결제 영수증 검증 및 구독 상태 동기화 관리
6. 이용자의 권리와 그 행사방법
이용자는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며, 앱 내 '회원 탈퇴' 기능 등을 통해 계정 삭제 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 서면, 전화 또는 이메일로 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

Luenworks ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect and Methods
We collect the minimum personal information required to provide TapPT features for both Trainers and Members.
[Account Registration & Profile Setup]
- Required Items: Email address, Name, User Role (Trainer or Member)
- Optional Items: Profile image, Unit system preference (Metric/Imperial), Language preference (ko/en)
[Data Generation During Service Use]
- Schedule & Session Data: Workout routines, sets/weights/reps, scheduling records, and booking/cancellation histories.
- Nutrition Tracking (diet_logs): Meal/food photo URLs uploaded by members, and real-time text feedback from trainers.
- Body Metrics (body_metrics): Weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and visual "Before & After" photo URLs for body shape comparison.
- Real-time Chat (chats): Message context exchanged between trainers and members.
- Push Notifications (notifications): FCM Device tokens used exclusively to route real-time push events.
- In-App Purchases (RevenueCat): Purchase identifiers/receipt data to verify subscription status tier (We do NOT collect actual credit card details).
2. Purposes of Processing Information
We process the collected personal information for the following specific purposes:
- Service Provision & Relationship Management: Connecting a trainer and a member via the member’s email to establish a PT contract (pt_contracts), managing schedules, and syncing remaining session metrics transparently.
- UI/UX Personalization: Enabling 10-second routine set copying, automated weight unit conversions, and rounded numbers optimized for gym-gloves usage.
- Visual Growth Tracking: Providing visual growth charts, body metrics analytics, and eye-body layout sliders.
- Push Notifications: Triggering real-time reminders for upcoming sessions, cancellations, chat message delivery, and diet feedback.
3. Retention and Use Period
In principle, we immediately destroy personal information upon account deletion requests or withdrawal of consent.
However, certain records may be retained to comply with applicable legal statutory periods:
- Records on contract or subscription withdrawals: 5 Years
- Records on payments and supply of goods/services: 5 Years
- Records on customer complaints or dispute resolution handling: 3 Years
4. Destruction Procedure and Method
When personal information becomes unnecessary because the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been fulfilled, we purge it without delay.
- Electronic Files: Data records stored inside Firestore and Cloud Storage databases are permanently erased via technical methods so they cannot be recovered or reproduced.
5. Entrustment of Personal Information (Third-Party Services)
To deliver robust infrastructure security and compression optimization, we delegate data processing to specialized global technical providers:
- Google Cloud EMEA LTD (Firebase): Backend core operations, User Authentication, Firestore Cloud Database management, Diet/Body Image hosting on Cloud Storage, and FCM Push Notification system.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: Verification of in-app purchase receipts and subscription status management.
6. Rights of Users and Exercise Methods
You can view or update your profile data anytime within the app. You can request account deletion or withdraw your processing consent via the "Delete Account" button or by contacting us directly via email. We will process your request immediately.
